This Bailey Retreat Sycamore 2013 6 Berth will come Serviced and with a 6 Month In-House Warranty. This Bailey Retreat Sycamore is considered a Semi-Static and is not to be toured regularly. Bailey designed it to be sited with the added benefit of moving to a different site if you wanted to.

This Bailey Retreat Sycamore has a Lounge / Dining Area, Kitchen, Dinette, Bathroom and Bedroom. The Lounge is at the front of the caravan and its a U-Shaped Lounge that can be converted into a Double Bed. There is also a Free Standing Table which turns the lounge into a Dining Area. In the lounge area is a surface for a T.V. The Dinette is in the middle of the caravan, it has a Table and a L-Shape Seat. The Dinette can be converted into a Double Bed and a Bunk can Fold Out. The Kitchen is also in the middle of the caravan and it comes with all the essentials. It has an Oven, Grill, Hob, Sink, Tower Fridge / Freezer and a Microwave. The Bathroom separates the living space and the Bedroom. It has an open Shower, Cassette Toilet and a Sink all Separate. The Bedroom is at the End of the caravan, it has a Fixed Double Bed, Wardrobes and a Vanity Area. Throughout the Bailey Retreat Sycamore is plenty of storage space.
